Every massge is catered to everyone's individual needs, and your goals for the massage. All massages incorporate different techniques to provide the best massage possible.  If you would like a specific technique, or a specific massage please let me know, I will do my best to the provide the quality of massage you would like.

A massage session and reflexology session can be combined to provide a very relaxing experience.
